Your information
stays with us.

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, service of interest, and message you provide. That is the only personal information the site collects about you.

We also measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country and region, never a street address), what device and browser they use, and whether a visit ends in a message to us or a visit to the donate page. Google truncates IP addresses before storing anything and we never see yours. We use this to understand which programs people look for and to report on the Google Ad Grant that funds our search advertising.

Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) on your browser to tell one visit from the next, unless you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, where it sets none and sends only anonymous, cookieless signals. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers anywhere, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

To opt out of Analytics on every site, install Google's browser add-on; to opt out here only, block cookies for evolvingspace.org in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.

Form submissions are routed to hello@evolvingspace.org via our transactional email provider (Resend). We use your message only to reply to your inquiry and to keep records of who's reached out about partnerships, workshops, sponsorships, or volunteering.

If you donate via the donate link, your payment is processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms. We receive a record of the donation amount and your name (if you choose to share it) for receipts and 501(c)(3) reporting; we do not see your card or bank details.

• Microsoft Azure — hosts this site (Azure Container Apps). Anonymous request logs (route, country, user-agent) are retained per Microsoft's policies.
• Google Analytics — usage measurement as described above, under Google's privacy policy. Data retention is set to the shortest option Google offers (2 months for event-level data).
• Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
• Stripe — donation processing (if you click donate).

Email hello@evolvingspace.org if you want to access, correct, or delete any information you've shared with us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
